About Nicole

Nicole has acquired over fourteen years of Lakes Region real estate sales experience and has sold primarily fine waterfront and unique homes since she began her New Hampshire real estate career.  She is familiar with all corners of the area having been raised on the Lakes Region's Lake Winnipesaukee.

Most recently, she worked with Lakes Region Realty Group, Moultonborough, NH,  a leader in Winnipesaukee waterfront sales for decades before being acquired by BHHS Verani Realty in April of 2014.  Since the acquisition last year, Nicole has been the winner of the 2014 Ozzie Award, being #2 in total sales volume for all of Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty offices in New Hampshire. 

She is also the winner of the Chairman's Circle Gold  Award 2014 for being noted to always go above and beyond to ensure the utmost results.

Her previous work experience includes commercial/retail real estate negotiating experience at the Shopco Group in New York City and the Hahn Company in La Jolla, California. Prior to that, Nicole worked for Mueller Jordan Weiss Advertising in New York City and also worked for a film company, helping to represent and sell Television Commercial Directors work to New York Advertising Agencies. She has also worked as a writer and researcher for an international, educational television show and a documentary for Channel 4 London.  Her skills developed in marketing and account work assist her in her current real estate career.

Nicole has a B.A. in English Literature from Smith College, in North Hampton Massachusetts, the Holderness School, in Plymouth, New Hampshire, and has a graduate degree in Writing and Acting from Antioch University and the New Actors Workshop where she was privileged to study under the late, great Master Teachers, George Morrison, Mike Nichols, and Paul Sills, Founder of Chicago's Second City.
