Bobs background personifies the lure of Wolfeboro. He grew up in Needham, MA, but spent his summers in Wolfeboro. After graduating from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, he worked in his dads heating oil delivery business for five years. However, the call to live in Wolfeboro was too strong. He founded Spencer-Hughes Real Estate in 1989 with Jodi Hughes, as a combination construction/real estate business. Ten years later he affiliated the agency with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and has concentrated entirely on real estate since. Bobs local knowledge compliments his dads knowledge in the generation just below. Especially if you're a sports-minded person, Bob is someone you want to talk with. He is a low-handicap golfer and member 001 at the beautiful Lake Winnipesauke Golf Club. He was also a championship water skier plus coached youth hockey for twelve years. Bob is well connected in the business community, having served as President of the Chamber Of Commerce while accumulating years of property development experience. His role as managing broker of this agency is to help agents connect the right people to the right property and solve questions.
